We began the journey of owning Nigerian Dwarf Goats back in 2007
with our pet wethers, from there we were hooked on the breed. As mother and daughter we decided to venture into the breeding program in 2015 with our first doe and buck. We have since researched our lines extensively before bringing any new additions into our herd. Our goal is to either further the dairy lines or the show quality aspects of our herd. We want to make sure we can provide a goat for all your purposes; whether it be goats for milk, show, or just pets. We breed first and foremost for conformation, health, and temperament! Nigerians bring us so much joy, and we hope that anyone acquiring a goat from LJ Serene Acres will share that same joy. Our herd is registered with AGS and ADGA, all kids are AGS and/or ADGA registerable. We sell BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, call or e-mail to set up an appointment. Each goat that leaves our farm under the name 'LJ Serene Acres' can receive a one-time $50.00 rebate, all they need to do is win a leg up in an ADGA/AGS show earn a milking star through ADGA/AGS, or participate in Linear Appraisal. We try to keep our followers as up to date as we can. Keeping our followers up to date means checking in with breeders for new titles earned, getting updated photos, and conducting endless research in regards to all things goat. We provide a thorough and updated pedigree to show the lines our goats are coming from, but also to pay homage to the breeders and owners of their ancestors.
